We are a group of businessmen with experience in the Real Estate, Hospitality and the Self-Storage Business.
Our family has been in the Self-Storage Business in the United States for more than 30 years. With thirty-three current facilities either owned or managed across five US states, we understand the business of securing personal items and managing individual needs. Our central goal is to offer new, clean, dry, well-lit, secure and individual private boxes, whether it is for business or personal belongings. You will have your own lock and key and only you can access your space. And when you leave, you will know your items will be safe with us.
We know that self-storage is a new concept in Uruguay. But the self-storage business is very established in the US and Europe. There are more than 54,000 self-storage facilities in the US alone, whereby 1 in 10 Americans use them. And there are thousands more in Europe. We are simply bringing to Punta del Este a business that has proved to be a valuable service to many.
